How your order arrives

As letterbox post

Pocket and Large photobooks, photo sets and prints fit through the letterbox. We send them with PostNL, so you don't need to be home. Prints travel in a sturdy black envelope.

As a parcel

The XL photobook is 29 × 29 cm, too big for the letterbox. It comes as a parcel, so someone needs to be home to take it in.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the United States and most other countries in the EU. Not every product goes everywhere, so pick your country in the table above to see what ships to you.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

Not for most orders. Pocket and Large photobooks, photo sets and prints fit through the letterbox. The XL photobook comes as a parcel, so someone needs to be home for that one.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on what you order and where it goes. The table above shows the delivery time per product for your country, in business days from the day you order, printing included.

Do I pay shipping on my prints subscription?

No. Shipping is included in the monthly prints subscription, every month.
